Instructions for filling up nomination form

1. Nominating by e-mail (this is the preferred option as it will allow us to enter the information directly into a database):
• Use the word form
• Save the form for each nominated expert as follows: lastnamefirstname_AR4.doc
• Return it as an attachment to and e-mail to IPCC-nominations@wmo.int using the IPCC focal point account

2. If you are unable to send the nominations by e-mail:
• Print and fill in the PDF form (please do not send a CV only)
• In case there is not sufficient space for describing previous professional experience or publications, attach a short CV and list of publications
• Return by fax +41-22-730-8025 or by post to IPCC secretariat
