15.4.6.2 Sub-Antarctic islands

Several sub-Antarctic islands have undergone substantial recent climate change, the impacts of which have been significant and have included profound physical and biological changes (specific examples can be found in Chapter 11, Sections 11.2.1 and 11.4.2, Table 11.1; Chapter 16, Section 16.4.4).
