1.4 Larger-scale aggregation and attribution to anthropogenic climate change

Larger-scale aggregation offers insights into the relationships between the observed changes assessed in Section 1.3 and temperature, by combining results from many studies over multiple systems and larger regions. Aggregation through meta-analysis is described next, followed by joint attribution through climate model studies, and synthesis of the observed changes described in Section 1.3.
