2.3 Technology Research and Development
In the intersection of technology R&D and climate change technology transfer
two questions arise. The first is how much of global R&D is conducted in
areas relevant to climate change. The second is how much R&D is conducted
across national borders. (see Section 4.3 and 4.12
for policy related issues of R&D).
