models, Bern-CC and ISAM (see Box 3.7 and Figure
3.11). The ranges represent effects of different model parametrizations and
assumptions as indicated in the text and in the caption to Figure
3.11. For each model, the upper and lower bounds (corresponding to low- and
high-CO2 parametrizations, respectively) are indicated by the top and
bottom of the shaded area. Alternatively, the lower bound (where hidden) is indicated
